Job Details:

• Arrange and coordinate training for sales stuff
• Prepare comprehensive training plan and module for sales stuff
• Generate regular and especial  MIS for management
• Identify and fulfill human resource requirements for distribution network across brunches 
• Product regular sales effectiveness updates and -provide in depth analysis and recommendation for improvement .
• Develop and implement sales   management module and review need basis 
• Design , implement and update incentive policy for sales force   

Scope of role: Scope of role Managing sales force HR related issues and providing Logistic support and coordinate related issues between branch and HO.
