Age                  :  age not exceeding 30 years as on 31/01/2016. Maximum age limit for for descendants of freedom fighter / Martyr freedom fighter is 32 years.

Educational qualification: MBM/ MBA in any discipline from any reputed public/ private university  with at least 3 first class equivalent CGPA having no third class equivalent CGPA his/her academic record.
CGPA 3.00  out of  4.00 point scale and CGPA 4.75 out of 5.00 point scale will be considered as 1st class division in Bachelor/ Honers.
and Masters degree and CGPA 3 out of 5.00 will be considered as 1st division in both  SSC and HSC exam.

Benefits : Selected candidate will be appointed as probationary officer and they will be on probation for a period  of 2 years . After completion of successful probation period  they will be absorbed as Executive officer under regular pay roll of the Bank.

Job requirements:

•  Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Bangla and English   
• Candidate must have strong computer knowledge specially in Ms word, Excel, access and power point  .
• Must be an extrovert and willing to work in any location in Bangladesh .
