Job Details: 

  • perform logical reconciliation for smooth dispute   regulation and reconciliation
  • Dispute resolution by Checking ATM journal report and CVS
  • Perform timely database backup activities  with audit trial
  • Visit off site and on site ATM as an when required for smooth operations , secured and cleanly environment   
  • Create and prepare planning and budgeting on ATM network expansion
  • Perform ATM UAT testing while setup new ATMs
  • Actively work with vendors while installation any new ATM
  • Monitor stock and supply of the required paper rolls and other equipment
  • Incumbent should sound knowledge in MS office and Banking Technology
  • Must have sound knowledge in Banking products specially of credit card , Debit card, CASA accounts and related products and systems.
  • Applicant should have leadership skill and managerial skill
  • Must have at least 3-5 years  experience in Banking all center and telesales and 2 years experience as supervisor or manager in Banking call center
  • Address or to card holders card proper customer authentication
  • Preparation / updating of ATM operational manual for smooth operation of ATM channels
  • Monitoring and reconcile of cash position twice a day make sure that all ATMs have sufficient cash 
  •  Ensure timely cash replenishment so that ATMs never go out of cash
  • Real time monitoring of all ATM link to make sure all ATMs are up
  • Communicate with different stakeholders like   ATM vendors , UPS vendors branches ans IT personal as and when required for smooth operation
  • Receive ATM capture credit and debit card form onus and off us ATMs and deliver the same to the respective branches or card holders.
