Job requirements: 

•   age 22 to 40 years
• Computer literacy will be preferable
• Strong leadership quality with interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning abilities with proficiency in Business communication

Job Description: 

• To ensure deduction of vat /tax etc,from bills from the suppliers , contractors , deduction of employs income ta and deposit the name in respective Government account in time
• Must be able to maintain factory accounts , Cash and bank transactions , receipt and payments statement  , cash and fund flow statement , Stock record, Cash trial balance , Taz and vat managements etc,
• Prepare all kinds vouchers such as cash disbarment , journal vouchers, cash receipt voucher etc.
• Maintain cash book , bank book, subsidiary ledger of bills receivable and bills payable    
• Check and ensure that all inventories purchased are in balance with accounts payable and weekly ,bi-monthly , monthly basis
• Check and confirm monthly sale base , payment base , VAT , AIT  TDS  current basis etc.
• petty cash management , advance and IUO management.
• Cash purchase management and verification of expenses
•  Monitoring and analysis of pay roll, Salary and wages
• Inventory management and monitoring factory overhead expenses 
• Conversant with factory accounts and MIS
• Monitor and supervise purchase related accounting activities such as suppliers bill   provisioning , suppliers payments , advance adjustments , and checking cost related bills vouchers .
